Sunday 10th February – Deal Half Marathon
Sunday 10th March – Lydd 20
Sunday 7th April – Paddock Wood Half Marathon (Kent

Sunday 14th July – Sevenoaks 7

Sunday 15th September Larkfield 10k (Kent Short Course
Champs – All categories)
Sunday 13th October Maidstone Half Marathon
The Kent Coastal marathon is not being run in 2019, so
the marathon champs are suspended for this year. I have some thoughts
regarding 2020 onwards marathon champs, and need to run them by the KCAA
exec before sharing with this group.
NB: The schedule is designed to have a break around
the London marathon, and to conclude before the Kent Cross Country League
starts mid-October.
Please find
update of Kent Grand Prix Tables after round 8 at Dartford and with 2 to go.
Any questions, challenges, queries - back to me as soon as possible please.
Round 9 is
the Larkfield 10k this Sunday which is also the Kent Short Course
Championships. Unfortunately the tick box for individual Kent Champs
entrants was omitted from the online entry systems; however we are all set
up for entrants on the day. You will be given the option to enter the Kent
Champs and pick up your identifier, as you collect your chip and number.
Kent Champs
medals as follows (1st,2nd, 3rd)

F Senior

All runners
entering the Individual competitions must do so on the day when collecting
their race number and chip, and must collect and wear the identifier.

Best Wishes
Dave
Outstanding championship medals (some of your
runners are asking). I am aware it can be a long wait until the end of
the race presentation for the county champs presentation, and although it is
nice when people do, there no hard feelings from me there; BUT as a
consequence I do have a box of medals that I need to get out there to their
rightful owners. I had hoped to be at Darent Valley 10k, but could not make
it in the end. I will endeavour to be creative in terms of getting the
medals to a club colleague I might know through another area of my life and
so on; and I will also try to get to the North Downs 30k if I can. Those of
you who for whom I have a large number for your clubmates, I will shortly be
asking for an address to post out to.
Kind regards
Dave
