Sunday 12 December 2010 - County Successes at the 2010 European
Cross Country Championships in Portugal
Meeting earlier this week the KCAA Council were delighted to hear of
the success of 3 of their Athletes at the recent European Cross Country
Championships and send both them & their coaches the Counties
congratulations.
Tonbridge Athletics Club had two of the six man GB team who won Gold
in the U20 Men championships; Andrew Combs was placed 22nd and Robbie
Farnham-Rose 46th both of whom are coached by Mark Hookway.
Our best individual performance was by Natalie Gray (Medway &
Maidstone) who was placed 7th in the Women’s U23 championships and is
coached by Bill Foster (Blackheath & Bromley).
